No. You can register online, by mail, or possibly during packet pickup right before race day IF open spots remain at that late stage. There is no race day registration.  Email Kelly@hospitalhillrun.com for a paper entry, if needed. Mailing information is included on the entry form.

For guaranteed entry, please register online or by mail as early as possible. The home page of the website and Facebook page will have up-to-date information regarding registration and availability.

  1. Begin by logging into your RunSignUp account.
  2. Click the circular icon with the headshot in the upper right corner of the screen & select “Profile”
  3. Locate Hospital Hill Run under Upcoming Events on the next page, select “Manage Registration” to the right of the event.
  4. From the next page, you can make several selections to edit your registration:
  • My Registration:  you can resend your confirmation email.
  • Participant Info:  you can edit select personal information if needed.
  • Questions:  if you need to change your response to a previously answered question.
  • Add-Ons:  if you want to purchase an add-on that was available during registration.
  • Fundraiser:  if you want to become a fundraiser, you can initiate it here.
  • Group/Team:  you can join an existing group or create a new group.
  1. Begin by logging into your RunSignUp account.
  2. Click the circular icon with the headshot in the upper right corner of the screen & select “Profile”.
  3. Locate Hospital Hill Run under Upcoming Events on the next page, select “Manage Registration” to the right of the event.
  4. Select Transfer Event.
  5. Confirm that the distance you want to transfer “from” is correct on the next page, then select “Start Transfer.”
  6. You will be directed through each page of the registration process again.
If you are transferring to a shorter distance, there will be no additional registration fee impact.  If you are transferring to a longer distance, you will be responsible for paying the difference between what you paid originally and the current registration price for the desired distance (note:  any previously used discounts cannot be applied to the transfer).   Please be aware that there is a $10 transfer fee.

All of the distances start on Grand Blvd, North of Pershing.  All distances finish on Grand Blvd. in front of Crown Center.

  1. Begin by logging into your RunSignUp account.
  2. Click the circular icon with the headshot in the upper right corner of the screen & select “Profile”.
  3. Locate Hospital Hill Run under Upcoming Events on the next page, select “Manage Registration” to the right of the event.
  4. Select “Transfer to Another Runner”.
  5. Enter recipient’s (transferee’s) First Name, Last Name & Email Address.
  6. Select “Transfer as a Gift”.

Please note:  you will not receive a refund for your original purchase.  The transferee will be able to register at no charge.  In addition, there will be a $10 transfer fee assessed.

All participants will need to pick up their bib numbers and race swag at the Hospital Hill Run Health & Fitness Expo. The expo will take place at the Crown Center Square (Ice Terrace location) on Friday, June 2, 2023, 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (packet pickup open until 8:00 p.m.).

Yes, the person picking up your packet on your behalf must have a copy of your ID (and, if possible, your confirmation email) when they come to packet pickup.

If something comes up last minute, and you are unable to attend the event and cannot pick up your items at packet pickup, you will need to contact us at support@hospitalhillrun.com to request your items be shipped. In addition, you will need to pay a per package required shipping charge, even to the same shipping location. All requests for shipping must be sent no later than Monday, June 5th, 2023. NO exceptions. Your shirt size is not guaranteed.

We will NOT have open packet pickup race morning. Instead, anyone who purchases this option in advance will have their items prepared in advance and ready for pickup.

You can modify your current registration to include Race Day Packet Pickup by following these steps:

  1. Log into your RunSignUp account.
  2. In the upper right corner, there is a circle with a silhouette of a head…select this and choose “Profile.”
  3. Under Upcoming Events, you should see the Hospital Hill Run event listed. Select “Manage Registration.”
  4. On the next page, select “Add-ons” from the top bar of menu options.
  5. The Race Day packet pickup  option should appear on the next screen. Page down to select your quantity, then select Continue.
  6. Continue with completing the transaction.

No, strollers and joggers or dogs are not allowed on the course. 

You will be given the size jacket that you indicate during your online registration. If you discover that the size won’t work, you may be able to swap for another size AFTER the race IF the jacket hasn’t been worn or washed and your desired size is still available. Please go to the packet pickup location, Crown Center (Ice Terrace) with your jacket to inquire if a more desirable size is available. There will be NO size exchanges after race day.
